The workouts should majorly involve cardio workouts, but they should be done in moderation so that one does not end up getting exhausted. The light workouts get you warmed up and active and this can go a long way in increasing and maximizing one's productivity.


Take Rest Breaks

Rest breaks are a crucial aspect of making sure one stays healthy and productive. Prolonged working can be stressful and harmful to the body. This is in turn bound to affect the overall productivity of a person.
